Deveo version information
So "About Deveo" menu or something where I could see what is the current version of our service would be cool. Now I can't figure out which version of the Deveo system is installed and I have no idea when the servers have been updated. (Or then I just know where to search the information)
1 voteHi, you can see the Deveo version from the bottom left of the screen, once you have logged in. There’s also a link to the release notes from the version number.

How to Link a branch to an issue
I want to know "how to create a link to branch from Repository?"
Help me in this regard3 votesHi,
You are (by a mistake perhaps) submitting new ideas (feature requests) to the Deveo product. This is not a support forum. For support related matters, send email to support@deveo.com. You might also be interested to check out the user guide at: https://app.deveo.com/docs/user/

Email notifications are not received by Assignee
when someone assigned an issue to assignee(user),the user is not getting a mail notification from Deveo.
please resolve this issue3 votesEach user can set notification settings on a project basis from the user Preferences. If the preferences are set as “Instant” for the given project where the issue is assigned, the user should receive a notification instantly.
Kindly email support@deveo.com with additional information if the above functionality is not working for one reason or another.

Project removal Hook
We now have an hook for project creation. We have now automated project creation through this, but sadly we can't create teardown with this as there is no hook for this.
1 voteThe project hook is triggered when a project is created, updated, or deleted.

Search in Wiki
Just like Issues has "Search for an issue", Wiki should have free text search function.
2 votesYou actually can search wiki pages based on their content in the Wiki view. Simply enter text to the wiki page selector and it will search not just the page names but also from the page contents.

[WebUI] Set default branch in Repository tree view
I have imported a few repositories and have been unable to locate a way to set a default branch to view when you load the repository tree view. Most site load the (Master) branch and you can work outwards from there. Deveo has selected what seems like a random branch to show me on view load.
It would be helpful if this either, A) Always defaulted to the master branch, B) Remembered the last viewed branch per person C) or allowed each user to manually set a default branch.
3 votesAs replied by Ilmari, option C) is already available. We can improve our heuristics to detect the master branch during migration in the future, however.

Allow users to submit issues/bugs
I love that issue tracking is integrated, but I'd like to allow users of the application to have access to submit and track issues. Permissions would need to be more granular as they shouldn't have access to code reviews, etc. Perhaps even allow internal and external issues (with the internal not being viewable by the general public.
1 voteYou can create a public project to which every user can create issues. You can also set repository level permissions on to repositories you wish to hide from everyone but show only to project team. We have no near term plans on supporting external and internal issues within same project.

Public URL
I'd be nice if we could share our repository to a, in our case, teachers or project managers, without them having to register, but only having to access the URL
3 votesDeveo is only for private projects and thus we value and endorse high security precautions. Thus, we have no near-term plans for public or anonymous access to any content within a company. You can grant collaborator access with read only rights to anyone with an email access which should be sufficient to support the aforementioned use case.

Read-Only/ Archived repositories
In my project we have to maintain previous suppliers' extensions to an open source software.
For legal reasons, instead of modifying the original repository it is better to override the existing code in our own repository.
It would be great if you could Archive or set the repository into Read-Only mode, so that the new developers would not make modifications into it by mistake.2 votesDeveo now has repository specific access controls available. This need can be done by enabling repository level access to that specific repository and setting everyone as guest to that specific repository.
